Made me feel proud to be a veteran.

Great service and individuals! I really appreciate that all of the Service Officers are also Veterans as I feel they can truly relate to my individual needs and also understand the culture of what we have faced as Veterans.

I cannot get ahold of anyone. I want status of my claim with the VA, I am a lifetime member. This has been going on long enough. My local DAV is open but need to talk with Winston/Salem to a Rep.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Hello yes we do please visit DAV.ORG, but your local DAV Chapter is located at 520 Johnson street to assist with getting you started on your membership
I don't think they do call them.
Didnt think that was possible. The DAV can help you get through it though.
If your approved thru your VA provider you can get community care where they will send you to private care and you are at least 40 miles away from your main VA hospital in your state. Then if you have a local recommendation let VA community care know. Usually community care is located at your main VA hospital in your state. Why pay out pocket when VA will help you seek a outside provider. You don't need permission from the VA for anything, if you pay out of pocket, but if you are asking them to pay for any reimbursement then yes.
Best to avoid the Federal building. There is no handicapped parking there at all.
They are kept on file at the DAV National Headquarters in Cold Spring KY. They are never sold, rented, nor disclosed to third parties.
