I was ready to give up trying to get my benefits when I contacted VetLaw. They were courteous and extremely helpful. They explained how they could help get what I deserve. I had no idea how to get my denial letter and they put me on a conference call with the VA and had my denial letter in minutes. I got monthly updates until last week when I was approved. Veterans needing help with getting benefits really should go to VetLaw.

I can't say enough about the assistance I received from the folks at Vet law. Mr. Garcia and Teresa were a God send. I have been doing this whole VA process on my own and have been struggling. I contacted Vet Law and they got in touch with me very quickly. If I had questions they answered them. I always knew through them how things were going. Needless to say I wish I had found them sooner. I will be recommending them to Veterans I know and those I meet along the way if they need assistance don't hesitate to reach out to Vet Law. Through them I received benefits I didnt even know that I was entitled to. They are true to their word and they work to get you everything they possibly can. Thank you Vet Law.

This was the best decision I made to handle my appeal. They did everything (and dug deep because my appeal was due in a week and they still got it done). They handled everything and Ronda specifically kept me updated every month all the way home. 4.5 stars overall experience, 5 for Miss Ronda

Good afternoon. We are a contingency fee law firm, which means we don't get paid unless and until you do. For more details about how this works, please reach out to us at your convenience. Our phone number is (844) 355-8387.

Do yall handle congressional inquires where you would write the request for the service member

Here at VetLaw we represent veterans and service members who have been denied VA compensation benefits at any level of the process (at any of the 56 Regional Offices nationwide, before the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), or in cases pending before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC)). It appears from your request that you are seeking legal assistance for an active duty service member. If that is the case, you probably need to seek the assistance of a military lawyer rather than a VA disability lawyer. If you are seeking legal assistance with an ongoing VA disability appeal or a VA disability claim which has been denied, please reach out to our office for a free case review.

What are the common reasons for a denial of veterans' disability cases?

Common reasons for denials include using the wrong form, failing to include enough evidence with the application, or missing medical examinations VA has scheduled. Even though the process with VA is supposed to be non-adversarial in nature, it is important to be as thorough as possible when completing forms. It is also a good idea to submit any medical evidence you have that links your disability with your military service along with your application, or include a release so that VA can obtain those records. Finally, in many cases VA will schedule you for a medical examination, also called a C&P exam, before making a decision. If you do not attend that examination, in most cases VA will issue a denial.

If my case is denied, can I appeal the decision?

In most cases, any decision from VA can be appealed, as long as you take action within an appropriate amount of time. For most decisions issued on or after February 19, 2019, you have one year to file an appeal. Your options may include filing a supplemental claim, a request for Higher Level Review, or a request for judicial review at the Board of Veterans' Appeals. If your case was denied at the Board of Veterans' Appeals, you typically only have 120 days to decide if you want to appeal that decision in Federal Court.

My first question is does the government have the right to redeem all forms of separation pay by withholding benefits and I was granted 50 percent but was denied for many claims what's the best way to appeal
