Moved in last July after selling my home after 23 years. I Love it here! As usual, outstanding response from Arrowhead management and maintenance crew. Putting a repair request in around noon and coming home at 4 to a notice the dishwasher is fixed ROCKS!!! One more time I am happy I traded my home to live in a great apartment complex. Constantly upgrading, beautiful landscaping and a pool worthy of a nice hotel . 💖

Had a great experience during my year living here! Maintenance is very responsive - even for low-priority issues, they would often arrive the same day that I submitted a request, and I don't think I ever waited more than a day or two. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The only real issue I had was a faint smell of smoke I could never get out of the apartment.
