It's not really a bad a place to live, but improvements to the community are needed; which has started already; make sure your landlord (condos own by different persons or entities) is being straight with you about the conditions of your condo! Talk that it will be done while you're living there MAY NOT happen!! Most nights, especially warmer weather, people are out in the streets talking loud and arguing, especially on holidays!!! This community is visited by the police often! Again, not a bad place to live, I just connected with a slum lord!!!
