hold on pause? what's going on with the prices

I came up to the leasing office at 9am and they said to come back at 11am because they were “closed” but they’ve been doing this for the past week. I have packages there and then there is someone hiding in the office refusing to be open.

They offered me a gift card if I signed a lease with them and it stated that I would receive it on the day of move-in. I moved in around august and I still have not received it till this day. I’ve tried contacting them about it, but no one is able to help me. I’m currently in contact with my lawyer to see if there is something that can be done with me being scammed. Also, the leasing office is always closed so whenever you need to pickup your packages, you will have to wait a whole week or two just to get them because you never know when they are open. It’s ridiculous because they put a sign out stating that they’re closed, but they are accepting packages from shipping carriers. It’s just a bad overall experience and I do not recommend anyone living here.

Office is literally always closed so you can’t use any of the amenities but otherwise it’s ok.
