Awful service and communication. Stay away from this branch. I was there at branch today asking for some service - and all the info Asst. BM gave me - was all incorrect. He directed me to some 3rd party with some info -all were wrong/misleading. When I came back later, he was very adament about his approach or statements - I had long standing premium accounts there. Never expected service like this!!!.....Stay away.

I will say!! The New Branch Manager at this Branch “tea rd” is awesome! Not because I’m pleased with a result. I’m pleased with the amount of logic and patience she took to work through a situation for my company! Total change from any previous experience at this Branch. So as I know her great work will be rewarded soon by chase. I had to say hip hip hooray for the Branch Managers people skills and abilities to assist a client of the bank with the highest level of professionalism seen ever at that Branch! Salute your hard work!

I will never ever want to do business with this bank. I went to this bank over a month to take care of business and never heard anything. The first lady I saw was not familiar with an Estate account and said she scanned documents, over a week later called Chase bank and spoke to Miya who stated the lady was off and she will follow up. Miya called me back and saying she called the Estate Dept and there was no documents scanned. Miya said will make this a priority and let me posted. I never heard from Miya. I went to my bank and was approved in two days.Sad to say, this happened knowing the decedent had a long time history with Chase Bank. I was informed by my attorney Chase will be complicated. I'm glad I found out this way, true confirmation.
