Very convenient, very quite. Bath house and laundry room had roaches and has had since I moved in which was in August. The showers are ok but make sure u take bleach with u and clean before showering. If u don't have bugs u will when u leave. They have different rules depending on different ppl. It's all on who u are as to what rules u get. There's not enough lighting outside at night and the owner tends to know what bills u can pay or not pay.

Staff is so helpful an professional an dr.welch is the best doctor I have ever seen.lord I just don’t know what I will do when he leaves.i don’t even want to think about it.he is the best doctor.and such a great bed side manner.thank you dr.welch from the bottom of my heart.and your nurses. Are best to.they are so sweet to me an so professional.i would not go any place else.
