I went by the property for a tour but unfortunately there were no 2 bedrooms for immediate move in. But I wanted to leave a review because Ariana did an amazing job helping me and was beyond helpful. The property was very clean and neat. Hopefully when my new lease is ending they have one available. Ariana & Cielo promised to keep in touch and let me know and I appreciate them for making time and being so kind.

Hi, I moved in on the grand opening, and ever since the new management took over the facility. Their services are now terrible, maintenance takes about 2 weeks to fix anything, and keeping the clubhouse clean is not too well. The nice apartment complex I promise, but new management sucks horrible customer service.

I been living here for 2 months now and the trash been sitting there in the building since I got moved in. Nobody come and clean the complex at all. Tenants don’t pick up after their dog. Also they didn’t say I will be living by this dirty water filter. Very misleading. Look at my pictures for proof.

Jody was amazing! Very knowledgeable and the apartments are beautiful! 🤩 Update: I’m all moved in, but decided to take two stars away as once you’re in the apartments, noise from neighbors is an issue. I was told by Jodi that only the terrace level apartments have no carpet, but with the amount of noise coming from my upstairs neighbor walking, there is no way they have carpet on their floors. It literally sounds like they are going to fall through the floor. If you’re bothered by that, be mindful of that detail if choosing to move here. Other than that, the community is quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and the overall apartment is great.
