15 day and counting to get my results and i pay $149.00 for the test call the lab call them and nothing.....they say the lab not release the results and the lab say they send twice

They provide no details on time constraints for sample collection. I paid $75 (which is apparently non-refundable, that's news to me and not stated anywhere in the payment process), showed up to my location, and the very kind receptionist informed me I was too late and the cut off time was 30 minutes prior to me showing up. My time is very limited and this completely ruined my plans. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called to ask for a refund smugly claimed they had another location "just down the street that's open until 5." This second location was 45 minutes away and there was no way I could have made it to that location in time, either. I am livid. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Quick service, but they misspelled my name on the drug report which makes it useless. They do not respond to texts or emails. And on trying to call their customer support their system just hang up on me after being on hold forever. Not impressed.

We recently used Health Street for drug screens, after using another competitor for more than a year. Whenever we have a question someone is ALWAYS available to answer our call and resolve any concerns. They are professional, experienced, and courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about the people who answer the phones and management at Health Street.
