Spoke to leasing agent, Janice. As soon as we sat down, she forewarned us of their issues with waterbugs (roaches). Went on a tour anyway. To us, just another cookie-cutter, very old complex. Despite Janice not bothering to respond to most of my emails, we decided to give it a shot and informed her we were concerned about where to park our three moving pods. She pointed out several spots close to the bldg and just had to double check with the manager. But after signing the lease, the manager tells us moving pods would have to be placed over 100 yards from bldg, thus jacking up our moving costs. A day later on the phone, Janice says "between you and me, you can leave the pods where they are for a few days"....clearly she was not authorized to tell us this. Later that day, manager calls to cancel our application. Some words were spoken, and we went to Beverley Apartments in Ballantyne and fell in love with the property, the apartments, and the customer service!

A non-refundable $375 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $450 pet fee is required for two pets. $20 monthly pet rent is also required per pet.
