Ramon is the man over here his professionalism is amazing and faster I move in like a month a go and this is my first issue but ramon come to my apartment and fix what his has to fix quickly my A/C is running like a new thank you so much Mr Ramon

Ramon is truly the best part of living here. He is quick, efficient and always so friendly. He genuinely cares and remembers me individually which is huge in such a big complex! He is extremely patient and reliable ! I've never had a maintenance manager who was so attentive

Bugs, bugs, bugs! This place is horrible. Trash everywhere. Tenants that literally dump food and drinks over their balconies . Management that does not enforce lease rules at all.

Ramon & Kalep fixed my clogged up sink very promptly. I had been having problems with it for a couple weeks and once I put in a work order, they wasted no time coming to fix it

So I’m assuming everybody got roaches in they house ?? Cuz I moved in empty apartment and there was roaches already greeting me at the door.

Every time I call, he sends me to the Voice mailbox and when I go to the office and call to verify they are not able to answer the phone. I hope this improves
