With the new management recently taking over they have gone above and beyond to make sure their residents are understood and well taken care of. Adriane and Dustin are phenomenal at what they do! The community is diverse and I don’t personally have any complaints as far as noise.

I’ve been living here since 2018 and this new management is RIDICULOUS!!! Granted they’ve done some painting and trying to give the apartment a face lift but what about the things that really matter?!?! I’ve been asking for new light bulbs and blinds for about a year.. was told they are on back order, and that I’d receive them as soon as they arrived.. 6months go by and I am forced to buy a set of blinds because the ones that were in my apartment dry rotted and began to crack.. Rodney the maintenance guy is probably the only person that’s understanding. After months of asking, he gave me a used light bulb out of the model unit just to hold me over until the new bulbs arrived because I had no light in my kitchen/ laundry room for a couple of months. New management comes in, jacks the prices up almost over $200-300 an apartment and now they are telling me that I have to pay for blinds? This is normal wear and tear. Any apartment or home owner knows that blinds and lights go… now I am being told that after almost a year that I will be charged for blinds, lights, and additional maintenance request. This is the WORSE MANAGEMENT I HAVE EXPERIENCED HERE THUS FAR…not to mention that I’ve been paying full price and haven’t had the pool open since 2019 but leasing office has been telling us it’ll be open soon… 2 years later and still no pool… I am beyond Disappointed. They continue to gouge prices but aren’t handling the bare necessities and the only thing the woman in the office says is, that was old management… what about the conditions of living, what about how long I’ve been living here paying faithfully EVERY month, NEVER missing NOR being late on a payment and now the things I’ve been waiting on I’m being told I’ll have to pay for? RIP OFF!!!! Would’ve recommended ANYONE to live here before this new management… as mentioned been here since 2018 and never felt the need to write a bad review until now so what does that tell you?
