They told my wife her first visit was free and we have a bill here of $358.00 claiming she didn't have insurance, i guess insinuating she did when making the first visit. We were never told she needed insurance to get the free first visit and never acted if she had insurance. She made it clear she didn't have insurance. This is predatory business practice which I'll also be reporting to the BBB as well as the medical board of dentistry. I just thought others should be warned of this before visiting their office. She went there to get a quote on denture uppers, but found a cheaper quote with aspen dental and apparently they do this if you don't return and spend money with them. I can only imagine how they handle dentistry physically in office if they need to do things like this after saying otherwise. Ill also be contacting a civil attorney to see if this qualifies as false advertisement. Hope no one else falls victim to such predatory practice.

Had a appointment for a filling for a month and a little under three hours before my appointment I was texted and told they had to reschedule. The day before they emailed me and told me I had 24 hours to cancel or there could be a $50 charge. How about the half day I took off from work that I had to schedule to go and get the filling.

Everyone here has treated me excellent!! I have been terrified of going to a dentist for years but my whole attitude toward that has changed. I feel very comfortable now in going. Everyone has positive attitudes and they are super in their job. Out of 5 stars I give them 6.
