Verde has been a nice home for the last year. We can't say enough great things about the maintenance team. They're always so helpful, friendly, and just the absolute best and most reliable team we've encountered while renting. We've been happy with the management team (there was one exception to this, but we think he's gone now) the convenient mail room, the high-end amenities, and some delicious nearby restaurants. However, we don't love finding dog poop in the elevator, hallways, and parking garage, constantly smelling marijuana, and dealing with a pretty rowdy and at times inconsiderate set of community neighbors. We're moving away for this reason and two others. First, prices rose astronomically, and even a 1bed/1bath apartment is no longer affordable for us. Second, we can't stand the mandatory technology package. This is a pretty big deal for us. We do not use cable TV, but have to pay for it anyway. We do need high speed internet, and are forced to pay a premium for it, but have lagging connection, terrible streaming experiences, and frustrating buffering in online games. Even though we are mandated to pay for this, we don't get our own router. It's community Wifi, and the connection bounces all over the place and drops frequently. Think twice about this setup if you work from home.

The nicest staff I've ever met at an apartment! There is a noise issue with the highway traffic, but I bought a white noise machine and it works well. Super prompt service requests, fun activities every month, food trucks. They just got "Poo prints" where they will persecute people leaving dog droppings. No security deposit. I don't drive so I don't care about the garage lol. They have a bike storage room!

There is nowhere to Park Hardly in this building. They have a Towing company that loves to Boot your car every chance they Get. So don't have your Guest come Here. It mite cost you 160.00 dollars. Alot of good people have Moved out just because of LMS parking. Co.

While Verde has a pretty aesthetic, there are many issues here. Both the interior and exterior walls offer very little noise buffer. If someone is having a conversation in the pool area, you'll be able to hear their voice even with your windows shut. If you've got a roommate, you'll be able to hear their voice clear as day even if they're speaking at a low volume and the bedroom doors are shut. And maybe worst of all, if you end up with a noisy upstairs neighbor, you're going to have a bad time during your lease. My upstairs neighbor is stomping around late at night, early in the morning, and making all kinds of noises at every hour of the day. When they're stomping, the floor below me shakes. I would rather have a few less palm trees in the pool area than have to hear every movement that goes on upstairs. I've talked with the office staff multiple times about the noise and nothing has improved. Also, as others have said there is hardly any space for visitors to park. There are some spaces on the first floor of the garage for visitors (almost always full) and just a handful of street parking spaces. Verde may be "dog-friendly" but you're extremely restricted on where you can walk your dog, since there are hardly any green spaces around. Definitely moving out when my lease is up.
