H Peggy. I have had great success helping people with TMJ issues. I use a combination of craniosacral therapy and lymph drainage therapy, which are both very gentle osteopathic techniques. It can help with tension in the jaw, headaches, ear pain or dizziness, and overall relaxation so that there is less of a tendency to clench or grind. The most effective treatment includes some intra-oral work (of course with gloves!). Please let me know if you have any other questions.
