Location is great, gym is ideal, and the staff and maintenance team are friendly. But for the price we pay, you would think our outdoor pool area would be clean. But the pool is always dirty, the lounge furniture is covered in dirt and pollen, and the grills are always gross, plus you have to bring your own lighter to even use it. Also fair warning, there are a TON of fire drills here and by that I mean the fire alarm goes off multiple times a month and last awhile and they’re very loud. So just a warning if you have an animal it’s not great. So pros and cons! But overall ideal. Hopefully the outdoor area will be taken better care of in the future

I've lived at 1010 Dilworth since last July and my experience has been great. I always feel safe as they recently added key card access on each floor within the parking deck so you have to fob at both the entrance gate and at the door on the floor you park on to get let into the building. The walls are extremely thick unless most apartment complexes. I have never heard my neighbor. I would recommend living here to anyone!

This apartment building is amazing! All the women who work in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, and the location is perfect with walkable access to parks, restaurants, farmers markets, the greenway, and more. This building hosts a few events every month which are always fun and many people show up to them. It has a great community feel!

I've lived here for a month and am loving it. The management/front desk team are the nicest I've ever dealt with (this is the 4th complex I've lived in in Charlotte). Maintenance is super friendly and timely. The location is amazing! The walls are a little thin with the hospital being so close, but I got used to in about a week, and even being a light sleeper, it doesn't wake me up. Only downsides - guest parking could be better and maybe clean the carpets in the hallways a little more often - I do wish people picked up after their dogs better, but that's not management's fault. It would be nice if they installed turf or sod in the dog run, as I think that would make it more noticeable and force people to pick up (vs mulch where the dog poop blends in). The club house has a great coffee machine that I use at least once a day, and the gym is good enough that I don't feel like I need to spend money on a membership. Overall, really happy with this place!
