These Apartments obviously deserve no stars!!! Very disappointed. They need better management/staffing . The lady who works there her name is Claudia can’t even do her job right . I was getting ready to move in I took the money orders and every information they asked for . They told me to come bck at 2pm for the keys , Mind you we was all ready packing and got a u-haul . Just for the unprofessional of Claudia to say I needed to take her more money , first of all she wasn’t even helping me threw out the process it was another lady . When I first walk in there it was all ready bad vibes from Claudia, she was rude and unprofessional for her job , when She had ask for more money I quickly told her to give me my money bck instead bc at this point I knew something was up, well at this point she is saying no acting like a rat. I had to call the cops on her to give me my money orders and well they made her give it to me , then she came outside saying i was banned from going there just because I called the cops on her , she was tryna talk to me I quickly told her “DONT EVEN TALK TO ME “ go back inside , and she knew better to go back inside. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! And they still owe me a money order!!!!!

I called Tatum apartments around the time they opened but no one called answered the phone so I moved to the next apartment complex without leaving a voicemail. A few hours later I received a call back from Tatum and was able to set up an appointment to view some of their units the same day. Upon arrival I noticed the apartments seemed to be clean, nothing out of the ordinary and was pretty nice looking. Once I got inside the leasing office, I was really surprised at how nice and sophisticated it looked. Luisa was very professional and super nice and answered all of my questions. She was very straightforward and knew what she was talking about. As someone looking for an apartment, this one didn't raise any red flags for me. The area surrounding Tatum apartments isn't bad and it is definitely worth a look if you are looking for apartments in Charlotte. The prices are a little over budget for me personally but I feel like they are worth the money.

When I visited ,I saw trash overflowing out of the dumpster & it smelled bad .for 2 bedroom apartment costing 1400.00$ monthly trash shouldn't be overflowing out of as dumpster & all on the ground,,like a trash landfill. I will say the apartment I saw was nice on inside..

Who works at this leasing office? Seems like nobody apparently. Called for 3 days in a row with no answer and nobody returned any calls. Finally just decided to schedule a tour online for today at 2pm, I received several confirmation and reminders for my appointment at 2pm so obviously I was getting the tour at 2pm today right??? One would think so, but upon arrival, nobody was in the office, and nobody answered any calls. Waited in my car, finally saw a maintenance man, he said “she’ll be back in 20 minutes” when it was already 2pm….do the staff even know how to see if there are tours scheduled so that they can actually be present ??? Do they know giving tours is part of their job? Anyway. I waited for her to arrive. She arrived after 2, I gave her a few minutes to settle in before I came in (when I shouldn’t have, she obviously wasn’t respectful of my time so why should I have been respectful of hers) Once I tried to open the door, it was locked, she looked at me and shook her head, I stared in confusion for about 30 seconds before she cracked the door and said “the office doesn’t open until 2:30.” ????????? Why is the staff making up their own hours? Why was I getting reminders if you guys weren’t even open? There needs to be an update in staff and in whatever system y’all use because none of it obviously works. I didn’t even want to argue with the woman. I just laughed and walked off. So unprofessional. Dont even waste your time trying with this place. Pathetic staff and the management obviously is trash too!!! And the buildings are ugly anyway. Nothing impressed me here.
