Super excited me and my fiancé decided to renew our lease prior to new management we were absolutely looking to leave avant as there was just a lack of communication and willingness to do the right thing. Ever since Greystar has taken over things have certainly started to look up everything they promised starting with landscaping, maintenance is super fast and efficient, Alonya Smith has been super attentive and helpful we had a few issues with previous management and she handled it very well and fast, she made it her priority to get us taken care of. She’s understanding, helpful, attentive and all around one of the best parts of avant and all the good things to come along with it

I was looking for a one bedroom immediate move in, toured on a Saturday; that Monday Alonya had a lease takeover for me. she was excellent throughout the whole process.

Had a baby and a subsequent long hospital stay in november. Our lease was up in January. A week after bringing our baby home, we heard and saw our neighbor yelling at some children in the complex and threating to shoot them. They also said they would shoot the parents too. We had a doorbell cam and caught this on video. Being that we had a brand new baby and our neighbor was clearly violent and possessed a gun, plus there was already a shooting in this complex that the complex tried to hide, we decied it was safest to leave. Got hit with massive fees for not giving a 60 day notice. Wish i had a 60 day notice that our neighbor was going to threaten to shoot up some children. Ridiculous.

We are loving the changes that are starting to take place here! New management and the new office team have been so excellent. They have all been very helpful and answered all the questions I've had about how and where I go to pay my rent online. The landscaping is finally being refreshed and just what was needed. Very happy and definitely recommend.
