I am interested in moving to the Pineville area from Raleigh. Ascent Pineville came up in my Google search while online shopping for apartments in that area. I decided to stop by the property with no appointment to learn more about what the complex has offer. I was sold after speaking with Lakeesha. She was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. If she didn't know the answer, she found me an answer and followed up with me by phone. I was very pleased with her professionalism, this property's location, cleanliness and amenities! Definitely considering!

I am so happy to be a part of this community. Since I have been here Julie, Sandra, Tyrone, Allen, Richard and Lakeesha has been nothing but nice to me. When I have maintenance issues or questions that needs to be answered everyone always response to me in a timely manner. I used to work as a ground's keeper, I have seen a lot of bad properties in my lifetime. However, this community always stay clean and sometimes I help them clean myself. If I could give them 100 stars I would because they all deserve it!!

I am enjoying my stay at Ascent Pineville. The properties has been very helpful and pleasing, I have just extended my lease for 1 more year. Never had any issues be in maintenance issues or anything. Quick at responding and very helpful. My favorite is Julie Yow! Super helpful. They do everything possible to keep you happy and continue your stay. Very much recommend!
