So today Sunday June 12 I went to get mycar wash... I'm military and it usually is $5. Apparently the price went up last week. I only had exactly $5. Do you think 3 people working there would work at keeping a customer by allowing me to get the car washed this once???? NO.. they preferred to lose a customer over $1.00. And to think I was one of the first to sign up for their monthly special. What ever happened to common sense and customer service. I'll pay my neighbor kid 10 to wash my car instead. He will probably appreciate it more than this car wash company only cares to make that extra DOLLAR.
