If you like BBQ then Smoking Ribs is the hidden gem of smoked meat in central Orange County. My two favorite dishes here: baby back ribs and angus beef short ribs. Go here with a group of friends so you can try a little bit of everything. Depending on the time, parking could be difficult. Depending on the day, certain meats could be sold out. Just because you walked in the door before closing time does not guarantee that all items on the menu will be available. I highly recommend this place though.

Bought the Pulled Pork sandwich. Menu said $15 with fries and soda. Waitress went to get the bill and I left $5 tip on table, but she comes back with the bill and it's $19! That's $24 spent for a pork sandwich, fries and soda... Plus way too much salt on pork. Was disappointed...
