We had a few issues the first week we moved in but Emily, Kayla and Ebony were extremely helpful in getting them resolved and making sure we were happy with our decision to move to 30Six NoDa. 30Six NoDa is an amazing place to live! We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our new community since we moved here 2 weeks ago. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every need we have had. The apartment is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in a home. The amenities are top notch and the resident events are second to none. Plus, you can't beat being walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife here in NoDa! If you are looking for the best apartment community and experience in Charlotte, I highly recommend making 30Six NoDa your home.

*STAY AWAY* Save yourself from having to deal with Emily, the unbelievably inflexible property manager, and find somewhere else to live. This building will nickel and dime you for everything, and they make no effort to cultivate goodwill with their tenants. You will not be compensated for *their* mistakes and broken promises — the property manger will offer nothing more than an apology or, more frequently (as you can see in responses to other reviews), an excuse. The elevators frequently break down or are not in service; the parking garage is a nightmare; and while they promise trash pickup 5 days a week, you still pay full price even though they don’t pick up on holidays. Additionally, expect an enormous rent hike (ours went up $400+) when it’s time to renew. This company could choose to act in a way that fosters care and community. Instead, they operate based on relentless, obstinate greed.

I just moved in 3 mths ago & have no intentions of leaving for a while. The staff is great & the amenities are even better. I hate the parking garage tho bc a wall came outta no where but that may have been my fault. 🤔 Regardless, I love my new home & my neighborhood. I've made so many new friends within this building alone.
