Please read and believe the reviews. Roberta has the worst attitude ever!!!!!! Jesus Christ, I couldn’t even ask questions comfortably without being dismissed. I ignored the red flags and reviews and went ahead and apply and they denied my application. Please keep in mind that I’ve never met them in person, we only communicated over the phone and I am literally an angel meaning that I am the last person to create problems. I am also a highly trained professional with a Masters and currently employed so on what basis was I declined? Also, I only learnt that I was declined after calling to query the status of my application. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to call or email me of this update. I learnt my lesson while trying to be kind and hoping that my experience would have been different. Imagine losing $300 in this hard time. Big Scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!

My application was denied citing 'not meeting the income requirement' when I clearly showed I make well over 3x the rent. The application fees etc. were excessive(nearly $500), and so now it feels like I just got legally scammed.

Like many others, I wish I could rate this apartment complex a zero! I signed up for a twelve months lease and CANT WAIT for it to be over with. There was a shooting directly in front of my building on my third day of living here. The apartment right next to mine was hit and so was the one below that one. In addition to this horrible experience while living here, the leasing agents are absolutely inconsiderate of their residents. Instead of discussing the concern for the safety of their residents, they'd rather waste their time sending irrelevant emails about what they consider the "perfect size" trash bags residents should use to avoid the random $25 trash fee that was made up and aware of a little more than a week ago. I have been charged late fee after late fee after late fee, but have NEVER been late on my rent payment. Want to know why I was charged so many late fees? Because, for MONTHS, they couldn't even match my name with the correct apartment unit. Lastly, I hope they someday decide to cutback on the unnecessary emails and hire someone to fix the mailboxes that have been broken for almost 7 months now. DO NOT RECOMMEND
