I've loved living here. The apartments are cute, cozy, and different from the look of most new/modern apartments. The maintenance team is exceptional. Not saying there aren't issues - as there will be anywhere. However, I appreciate the respect I'm shown when something does arise. Thank you, Jenna and team!

I applied for an apartment here, I had to call and email multiple times before I heard back confirming I was approved. I was told I would be hearing back with information regarding a welcome letter and lease agreement. It has been two weeks and I have not received anything!!! They are robbing people of application and admin fees and then not responding. If this is how the communication is I do not advise anyone to subject themselves to live here it will only get worse.

If you are looking for UNPROFESSIONAL , UNIFORMED, RUDE JACKPOT!!! You have found the right place!!! I am new to the Charlotte area and I was in search of an apartment. A couple of months ago I decided to visit Proximity North Lake in my search. Upon my visit I walked into an empty lobby and I stood there for over 20 minutes and no one ever appeared to assist me. Although there was a school-age child sitting in the lobby unattended. So needless to say I just went to my car and left. Fast forward to April 13, 2022. I decided to give proximity Northlake another chance to redeem themselves based off my initial visit and unfortunately they failed miserably.I called proximity north Lake to get some prices and terms on an apartment seen on their website. The absolute worst mistake of my life I have never received such poor customer service especially coming from somewhere where there’s supposed to be providing the best customer service if you are remotely even thinking about living there! I encountered the most unprofessional uninformed rude poor phone etiquette individual in all of my days!!! The young lady identified herself as a leasing agent however she could not provide any rates basically she couldn’t even give me a quote. Which I found rather strange being that I’ve been searching for apartments and never had a problem with a simple request as such. The RUDE young lady PAMELA told me that I would need to speak with the manager GINA who was gone for the day that she was the only one able to provide a quote. And she hung up in my face. So today April 14, 2022 I called back this morning for one to speak with Gina the manager to inform her just how rude and UNIFORMED her staff was to a potential residence and to possibly get the questions I need answered in regards to an apartment. Well that didn’t go well at all because I encountered the same RUDE , UNIFORMED young lady Pamela who informed me that Gina the office manager was running late this morning and I would have to call back so I asked the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL young lady Pamela if I could leave my name and number for Gina to call me back she replied yes. Then I proceeded to ask what was the name of the company that managed their property her reply was was Wood. I said just Wood. Her reply was YEAH! And she hung up the phone in my face ! The office manager GiNA Never return my call! I guess the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I DARE you market this complex as being luxury!! The absolute worst experience in the history of my apartment search! I hope this horrific experience isn’t reflective Of the rest of the properties in the Charlotte area! BEWARE!! Don’t waste your TIME!!!

I really enjoy living here! The grounds are so pretty and the staff is amazing. The neighbors are so nice and I feel safe here. I only have 1 issue - the community wide WiFi/cable is a PAIN in the rear. I’ve had to wait on hold with Spectrum so long so many times and STILL don’t have my cable set up. I haven’t even had cable in probably 12 years, so I don’t even want the cable but I figured since its included in the expensive package, I should at least set it up. But it’s proving to be more of an expensive, time consuming pain than anything.
