Hands down best property in Charlotte. The office staff and maintenance are amazing. Hard to find a complex with great maintenance crew. The grounds are spectacular. The neighbors are very quiet. This is a gem. IYKYK. This is the best Charlotte has to offer!

I called the leasing office the other day. I am planning to move to Charlotte, so I am contacting various apartment complexes in the area. I spoke with Abigail, who was VERY friendly and helpful. She welcomed all of my questions, and wished me luck with my relocation. I will definitely be speaking with her again as things progress in my search for a new home. I am not sure yet where I will end up living, but I already have a good impression of Courtney Ridge!

I’ve lived at Courtney Ridge for almost 6 years now. It’s been a great home. The staff are very attentive to your needs and the amenities are quite nice as well. If you need a comfortable place to stay in the Charlotte area, this is the place to live. It’s not quite in the “city” but definitely not rural.

She is a leasing Guru; not only did she help find the perfect apartment for our needs and budget, but also took the time out of her busy schedule to tour us around the property multiple times and recommended so many places and tips about Charlotte. We didn’t need google to find out where to visit first, just Melissa! Moving from out of state, her guidance was such a huge help and she's so welcoming and kind. Made a great friend! We love the community here, the peace and how accessible the property is to everything in Charlotte. All the staff and management are incredibly friendly.
