Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience. Had to drop trailer to get loaded. Didn't took much time to load.

I will change my review upon getting in contact with the HR manager. Unacceptable discrimination by two of your workers here. Im seeking how to report 2 employees here I've let employee resources know and wont stop until Site Manager contacts me. I want to explain what happened its such bad treatment. Id go as far as say Racist.
timmi heard
Let’s employees be COKED out and HIGH as hell delivering OUR packages. Uncaring. Uncooperative when I called. Appalled

This place is amazing!! It all runs like a well oiled machine. The miles of conveyor belts, and robots that move the pods around blow my mind! It is hard work, without a doubt! If your body can handle the hours, and the physical labor it is an excellent place to work! The benefits, and pay are top notch! The trainers, managers, and HR are great..they are there to assist every step of the way. Thank you Amazonians for all that you do!!

Contact the main human resources office (Employee Resource Center) in Seattle at 888-892-7180. There's no public line to individual warehouses.
Does anyone have HR number
Yes, there is a comfort inn that is about 0.3 MI from PDX9. It literally takes maybe two to three minutes by car to get from the hotel to the site. I was actually just there two weeks ago for their 24-hour shutdown and reboot. My home site is: SYR1 {Syracuse N.Y.}
I would try to get ahold of HR if at all possible....
Apply online. You will get a email from Amazon with orientation date and start date. It's that simple!! Good luck!
Call HR in Seattle. She can also print her W-2 from her ADP account
Use the waze carpool app. The company pays for some of the rides
Generally they are blocked off due to the food shipments, other than that they are generally kept open and hardly used
Its on the Amazon jobs website for warehouse employees. They are always in a great need of employees.
Shift starts are as follows 7:00 am in pick or 7:30 in afe till about 15 to 20 mins before the start of night shift / 5:30 pm in pick or 6:00 pm in afe till 5 or 5:30 am They are normally 10hr shifts ( this does not include your hour lunch) except peak season in which you will have 11 or 12 hr shifts. Peak season usually runs somewhere right after Halloween till after new years.
I only see Spanish applications. Are they not taking English ones ?
Do you think it will be difficult for me because of English?
It took about 30 days before my actual first day. I believe it took a bit longer for my background check to come back...I am from Washington state.
My experience was completely the opposite. Everything you need is in the A to Z application. I was employed there recently, and unfortunately had to resign due to the extreme physical labor. HR was so helpful in assisting me! It is difficult to reach them by phone, but if you go in and ask to talk to HR they will help you! I was amazed at the way they treated me after only be there a very short time. "Lazy", is not a word you can use to describe any amazonian! There is no time for laziness there!
Apply at Amazon jobs or use Indeed
Amazon.jobs website I'm pretty sure
Ive worked at this building since it opened, and as far as i know, there's no number to call that goes directly to our building. All of our communications are handled through email.
That's a question to ask your supervisor after you start.
Did you know who it was? If so have you been around them frequently before they tested positive? If not just go get tested at work, your results should be available via email within the week. I know its scary but please try not to worry to much. I've been there also, panicking will just make it worse. My test came back negative.
Front desk...if possible...if that doesn't work I'll check this evening...
Contact Amazon. Fulfillment Center's do not do returns
Not directly, you need to call ERC and then they direct you.
There are no interpreters, but sometimes there are people in human resources who speak Spanish. You can ask right there if there is someone who speaks Spanish. Or maybe take someone with you to help you.
Check A to Z
Use your AtoZ app to communicate with HR. Remain professional and they will work with you on your issues.
All contact is done via email or through the official site.
A to z app
That is true it has to go thrugh our system
You can't get ahold of onsite HR via the phone you can only call the ERC for HR support. Anything else you have to go into the building to talk to her rep in person.
Or go inside the main entrance and wait for assistance
You get paid once a week...every friday
ok I got done with the virtual application. watched the video, and they need my i9..but my phone wont allow me to fill it out.
No phone number for this facility. Call headquarters in Seattle.
yesterday an possily today
They will contact you if you are in the trouble.
Link to job listings page: http://www.amazondelivers.jobs/warehouse-jobs/oregon-jobs// I've heard that when the seasonal differential goes away on 1/9 some people will leave
You will have little to no control over your work, schedule, or peers. If they say you work 6 days a week, that's that. Show up or get fired. It's fairly straightforward and as demanding as the horror stories make it.
You have to go in. I think you can email too
The Amazon out in Troutdale is a warehouse that does the packing and the shipping of items that have been sold I do not think they have a public phone number.
Contact HR the can help but you may need to call ERC too..
As long as you left on good terms and your Social Security card is active and good there should be no problem.
Everyone I have talked to says they are hiring full-time only right now.
Human resources walk in the building and it's right there behind the security gates
Pdx-9 (206)266-1000 Amazon
Orientation starts at 9am
Equipment at Amazon is less than 2 years old it doesn't break down that often so it is usually all hands on deck and there's usually over time if you want it and they do have mandatory overtime when it is really busy.
He is likely not truthful about that one
There is no number for hr, if you have questions about employment get a hold of some in hq.
They do swab test they test for ALL "drugs" so yes it will matter
I've only been seeing white badges stating in the last few weeks, though l some of them have transitioned to blue badges
It is a warehouse and I don't think there is any direct number that is open to the public.
Save your time and work somewhere else.
Thnx.....live only a few mi. away and bus service sucks!
I have not received an email. So how am I supposed to find out when to be there?
What do you want to know
PDX9 is a Fullfilment center with no public access. Any returns would have to be conducted by mail, probsbly through Amazon.com and would probably not even come to PDX9
I'm not sure what your asking, but likely the answer is no. This location doesn't deal with sellers or the public directly. It only fulls orders from product that has been shipped to them mostly from other warehouses.
No, sadly. You'd think there would be.
Scroll to the bottom and call ERC. I find them more helpful than the 20 minute line.
Use the waze carpool app. That's how the company deals with carpool needs.
There is no on site phone number other than an emergency number that associates can give to their families.
Mainly everything is done online even when we miss a day we do everything online there is an emergency # to get a hold of security however i dont even know that number.
I would just go in anyway, they will have hr there to help with any gliches. Unfortunately there is no number or anything for you to call hr. It's just one of those things where you just show up.
It's not a federal holiday, it's a regular work day. You should refer to your work schedule and consult with your area lead.
Yes it is
This is only a warehouse.
November 16th and then November 30th
No phone number to call on site. Either go to the facility or call HR in Seattle.
No number. Either go online or go to the warehouse. They have a yuge educational adjunct just for faqs, etc
Then keep ur day job and block your incoming amazon messages . there automated they will keep coming .
Just show up at the mega warehouse and they will tell you where the orientation is at but show up 8 45 because they might have a lot of people
There is no local phone number to call. Depending on your reason, I recommend either calling the main office in Seattle or going to the site.
If you trying to get a job then need to go online where you apply, but if you are an employee you will go to your Amazon a to z (hub)
Ignore Ron's comment. HR on site in Troutdale is "official" and can help you. You don't say at what point you couldn't move forward. I suggest starting over and if you still get stuck, drop by the facility. Good luck!
There is none. You have to check the website about job status. Search "Amazon job application status" and it wil have questions. Click my job application status. Then log in. It will then tell you.
