My amazon A to Z profile says I’m negative 6 hours on my UPT n it based off a missing punch from yesterday n I talked to the HR that night who said everything should was fixed now and I have no number to call to contact a actual person

Scroll to the bottom and call ERC. I find them more helpful than the 20 minute line.

Go to the Time tab. There's a link for Missed Punches. You should be able to add the missed punch. If not, HR will fix it for you.

Just put in for a missing punch. You can edit that right there on your a to z. Then give it about an hour or so and it should all even out

you can fix it your self or stop . by HR on way to work and check and fix it
