We have rented here a number of times for extra storage and to park our RV with no issues. This time, unlike any other, when we moved out (10/6) they did not want to issue a refund. Alli requested a refund even though the policy had changed and the request was approved. Thank you Alli for your extra efforts. It is sincerely appreciated.
