Meat-head special: All the equipment you could ask for (and some you wouldn't). With 24 hour access to member's, this gym is far superior to LA Fitness, 24 Hour and most definitely Planet Fitness or Crunch. Don't go in the evening, unless you want to surrounded by kids that got dropped off by their mom's lol

At O'Malley's it's not about fancy shinny equipment. It's not about sitting on equipment texting, it's all about motivation and hard work. If you are looking for a bunch of motivated, hard working, friendly people that want results then there is no other gym like O'Malley's.

Perhaps if you're a great big body-builder that uses HUGE weights, enjoys the smell of sweat, and needs few to no amenities, this is the gym for you; otherwise, if you're a normal person that wants to use some cardio equipment and a few machines or small weights, stretch, and follow with a nice hot shower, I don't recommend it. For one, you'll be intimidated by guys (and gals) with thighs the size of your waist. Second, you'll have trouble finding any "normal" weight machines that don't use HUGE weights to operate. Third, there aren't many cardio machines (1 each of a few kinds), so if someone else is using the kind of machine you like, you're out of luck. Finally, NO showers or separate male/female locker rooms are available at all, not just one missing a hair dryer or towels. Instead, O'Malley's has their single women's rest room/changing room open directly in front of the few communal lockers. Not my cup of tea.
