The worst Panera I have been to…The store manager didn’t have the patience to answer my questions and she rudely cut me off and just said “ go order online” .. . the breakfast bagel with egg white spinach was horrible .. sheer waste of money .. the mac n cheese was only filled to half the bowl ..I will never come back to this Panera..

I ordered here through GrubHub and the driver brought me somebody else's order and GrubHub refused to issue a refund even though they were at fault. I called Panera and explained the situation and the manager (David I believe) was so kind and offered to remake my meal for me even though he didn't have to and it wasn't their fault. Excellent customer service and delicious food. I will definitely order here again (but not through GrubHub)
