First of all the one & only reason I gave this establishment a 4 instead of a 5 was that I would expect a bit more ambience if your name has the word "Spa" attached to it. For me, once I see that word anywhere I go I would automatically see more $$$$ Furthermore, I would have to have been really pampered to honestly give it a five star rating. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and attentive. This is only my second trip to see my now new Stylist, Fern. She is very gifted and talented in her line of work. She was also attentive, easy to talk to & she made me feel right at home as she was hard at work trying to create the best version of me. I would highly recommend that you give Fern a shot for those of you looking to find someone who is up with the current trends and can most definite fulfill whatever your particular needs may be. There is also the bonus that this particular Salon sits in the center of town. So be sure to give yourself time enough to browse all of the quaint little shops & grab a bite to eat either before or after your appointment. It will make for an incredibly great day!!!

I had an appointment for my hair. However, due to inclement and very unusual weather, it needed to be canceled. This deserves one star because of the poor customer service. The receptionist dared to chastize on the phone because I did not give the 24-hour cancellation. In the past, I have worked in services and understand that this is the bread and butter for that individual. However, I feel that when things happen out of one’s control, there should not be a rundown on how terrible it is to cancel. For crying out loud the school districts closed or delayed school because of the poor weather. Please don’t ever tell a person they must risk life and limb to keep a hair appointment. Train for better customer service, thank you.

Fabulous salon, atmosphere and staff. I've been a loyal client for years and have transitioned from a dark balayage to a vibrant dark red, to a strawberry blonde and now to beautiful bright blonde with Brooke. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Her advice was spot on and her cut fit exactly what I asked for. If you’re a person who worries you won’t get what you asked for or you won’t be able to figure out what you’d like, see Brooke! She helped me choose a color that fits perfect with my skin tone and the cut revived my dry, lifeless hair!

I can't recommend Jenae enough! I came to her with some rough hair. Half of it was dead and over bleached, and on top of that I needed a color correction from a hair coloring attempt that left my hair slightly green/very ashy. She was so knowledgeable and transparent with me. She kindly and clearly let me know what was possible and what wasn't, which I appreciate so much. The picture I originally came in with wasn't possible, BUT we were able to work together to get my hair to the best it could be. She turned my poor hair into something beautiful. I immediately went to show my friend afterwards and she said she's never seen my hair look healthier. Jenae shared a lot of info on how to help care for my damaged hair and how to grow it out safely and keep it looking good throughout the process. She's amazing! She's also very easy to talk to and makes your time in the chair comfortable and fly by. I highly recommend going to her for all of your color needs! I also hold high respect for the owner. She was available and very helpful with getting me connected to the right stylist to fix my hair. Thank you both so much for helping me walk out of the salon feeling like a 10! ^_^
