Nice location & building. Parking very spacious. The selection was surprisingly FUN! Had huge selection in the ladies boots. From plain Jane to Rhinestone cowgirl. They even carry a good selection of men's work boots. They have other items available as well. Such as belts, hats, jeans, & shirts. Even a clearance rack for us cheapies. All in all good shopping experience☺️

"Service" was a miss. I purchased a pair of boots online for $128. They did not fit so I took them for exchange. They did not have the correct size and I requested they order them. Nicole, the employee credited my card the $128 then attempted to have me order the updated size of the same boot for $158. Poor return policy and or inept employee.

AMAZING customer service! A super nice lady named Teresa helped me get all the things I needed for my wedding, and was so helpful! I started to look forward to seeing her every time I went there. She was really sweet and paid special attention to every detail I wanted. I will never forget how she treated me.♡ Also, their prices are super reasonable! In the photo, you can't see them, but I'm wearing my boots that I got from there, and my husband is wearing the shirt, vest, and jeans that he got from there.👇

All I can say is I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Absolutely great employees and the selection of good, quality boots never disappoints. They also have awesome hats and belts. I now own 3 great belts, 3 pairs of amazing boots, a really awesome hat that I absolutely love. If I didn't have any self control, I'd spend all my money here for sure

Online they do but not directly from the store
Extremely lax covid policies. Uncomfortable shopping environment for anyone conscious of safety practices. Site says masks required. 50% of shoppers were unmasked. Some staff wore masks incorrectly. No social distancing. No sanitization of store.
I wouldn't be so quick myself to say I would never buy again, but thats your choice. I don't call this action discrimination. Its called patronizing to a select group, that the private business selected to offer discounts. I went in and made a purchase last week, and I was asked the same questions at check out. I used Union and received a discount. Good luck on all the lines in the sand you draw, and if you cross it, no one but you will be affected. If your into country wear, or work wear clothes and boots,, try shopping at Coastal Country. They offer military discounts, but I've never been asked about Union affiliation there.
