Ignore Ron's comment. HR on site in Troutdale is "official" and can help you. You don't say at what point you couldn't move forward. I suggest starting over and if you still get stuck, drop by the facility. Good luck!

Just go to the warehouse on swaigert way troutdale they have HR there hireing daily in the east corner of the building

You need to go to Amazon official website and find a number there. Everything is handled via their call centers. There is no official hr at the warehouse.
