Equipment at Amazon is less than 2 years old it doesn't break down that often so it is usually all hands on deck and there's usually over time if you want it and they do have mandatory overtime when it is really busy.
In times of bad weather, equipment failure, and sometimes lack of orders. But in other times it is all hands on deck with voluntary or mandatory OT. Just depends on the time of year and situation.
