The checkin process was easy with existed online reservation. Mary was extremely helpful at the location: while the reserved car was not available, Mary helped us to get the vehicle we need for the trip! Great service Mary!

We lost a lot of money to this company after they refused to give us a car (we had paid for it in advance) and apparently not even the supervisor could give us a refund. Currently taking legal action against this firm… Terrible logistics and organization, if you don’t want to lose thousands of dollars go to a different car rental (Hertz, Budget, Avis, etc.) any one of these is better.

A little confusing finding how to return the car and the person said I'd get a email receipt of the final bill which I didn't and he should have explained where the shuttle was. Consider painting a line in the garage to tell people follow the line to the shuttle or something. Also better instructions at the gate. But overall a fairly pleasant experience. The shuttle was quick. Drops you off at terminal A (which would have been good to know) where you need to transfer to an airport bus. There are instructions on the ceiling to tell you were the stops are. The bus driver was near impossible to understand (of course not a Dollar/Thrifty issue but FYI). Just plan ahead as you don't drop the car off in the airport but not a biggie. Probably would use it again.

Horrible service. No one to talk to. I was bumped off by Hertz after booking a month in advance. They told us to go to this location and would accommodate me. There was no one to to talk to. Waited an hour for a supervisor to come out to talk to me. And never got back to me with any update. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. YOU WILL REGRET.

I do rent from dollar I return cars after 9. Am and they are not 24hrs
It's supposed to open 24 hours a day. We gave the car in the middle of the night
Did you reserve it on line and pay with your credit card? Then go to the location of choice and pay again at counter? If you didn't tell them at the counter you reserved on line you can be charged double. In any event, you can reach out to the company over the phone / or in person have your receipt and they'd give you back your money. It's proof of double dipping and that's not policy n procedure.
It all depends on where you're headed. Try using a toll calculator app. You can plan your route and it'll estimate the potential cost for toll(s). You could set your nav to avoid tolls on your route as an option as well.
Better to call them directly, usually they have sedan cars like Toyota Yaris and Corolla
MOST places won't accept it, and different places have different policies. Fox rental car accepts it.
It's not easy to locate (as the signs are are not prominent) even with the help of Google Maps. You may have to drive around the block to enter the car rental parking lot. So budget extra time.
