Did you reserve it on line and pay with your credit card? Then go to the location of choice and pay again at counter? If you didn't tell them at the counter you reserved on line you can be charged double. In any event, you can reach out to the company over the phone / or in person have your receipt and they'd give you back your money. It's proof of double dipping and that's not policy n procedure.
Better to check with the office or call the customer service If you rent it as a walk-in usually they charge more than when you book it in advance, again it could be a mistake better to call them
