Unpleasant experience. Spent 45 minutes in a line outside. The car I ordered was not available. The office has a big sign "masks required" on the door, and a buzzer, presumably so that only 1 set of customers is together at a time. But once inside you see the staff does not use masks.

This place is horrible. Staff is highly unprofessional, rude, and ghetto. The cars are never ready, and once you get it they usually smell like cigarettes. Yet they want to charge a $400 pet fee but have a pet friendly policy, and don’t specify the details before returning the car. Not to mention workers will try to fight you, and when you let the manager Ricardo know he insinuates that you’re lying. Don’t count on his boss/ higher ups she’s no help either.

I went through Orbitz and I rented a car for a day it was in the range of $110 to 130 but no more, my cousin just rented a car for 4 days through Orbitz and she paid about $230. I hope this answers your questions. Blessings and stay safe
You should call up the reservations line and explain. Also, rent from the airport location, not the stand alone locations. The airports have more lenient rules.
They are not expensive, usually less than one hundred, I've even paid less than two hundred for about 5 days. Just so you know, they moved across the street.
