I called this location in Brooklyn on Remsen Ave Due to the issue with my Rental car from Hicksville & when I got there she opened the door I pulled the car into the building & she checked my car & inspected it & she saw what I meant 😳 the car was never cleaned correctly well she showed me how she cleaned her cars it was the one I was getting & she cleaned it perfectly 🥰 & I would return to rent from her again

Terrible place they don’t have cars available and they are just terrible pls don’t waist your time and money don’t rent by them

I rented a car almost a month earlier and when I arrived on the day of my pick-up as soon as I walked in they told me they had no cars. I was disappointed at that, but they got me a Lyft to another location which was great, but it took me out of my way. The car that I smelled like smoke, was dirty, and the wiper fluid was low. Ultimately, I think the representatives did the best they could with what they had, but the experience could’ve been better!
