No one answers the phone. I've called 5 times at different times to schedule an appointment and the phone rings and rings but no one picks up. I don't think they are in business.

First of all they went way above and beyond what i could have ever expected very professional. Went in with a foreign object in my eye and they took me straight back and did the procedure quick and easy no pain whatsoever. Had me back to work in under an hour. If i ever had any problems with my eyes in the future i wouldn't even consider going anywhere else than the professionals at the EYE CENTER of St. Augustine. Thank you all so much..👍👍👍

I simply cannot say enough about Dr Thompson and the whole team. My wife was referred here for an eye infection - Dr Todd Thompson took very diligent care and follow up steps to ensure that the infection did not get a solid hold. Timely drop administrations were prescribed and adaptive changes with improvement were scaled to match her progress. Thorough - CARING - professional - diligent - unmatched optical care right here in St Augustine! DO NOT HESITATE to seek out these great professionals for your optical health. The eyes are the windows to your health - don’t delay when you have a concern. Make Eye Center of St Augustine the place that “sees” you through to vision for many years to come!

We used to love this practice but after today's experience we are not going back. We had a scheduled exam 2 weeks ago, showed up and the WGV office was closed with a note on the door that they were closed for over a week. No call the night before our exams which we both thought was odd. Called the St Augustine office and was told they tried to call us in APRIL and left voice mails on both our phone numbers in April cancelling our appointments. No they didn't. Asked to speak to the office manager who verified our information and one of the phone numbers they had was changed 4 years ago. No idea why they had the old number since they've called me on my new number in the past. Today we had our rescheduled appointments and after the exam we had a MAJOR shock when it was time to pay. We have always paid $25 for the eye exam through our insurance and $35 for refraction. This time it was $110 for me, not the $60 we have always paid. Almost double. The receptionist then tells me they were bought out and this is the prices of the new company. We were never told they were bought out. We were never told the prices had changed. We were made to go to the optical department to get our prescriptions instead of having them handed to us. We both feel totally screwed and will not be going back to this practice.
