The staff are knowledgeable and professional. Fresh meat cut custom I'd you'd like. They are able to order things specialty like rib caps or duck. Only place I buy my meat anymore and it's great to support a local business.

No they don't but they will grind your Venison and mix it with other meat or fat if you want a custom blend.
They carry it. Not sure if they make it there. The puddin is great!
