Chicken is decent, parts were overcooked. While we made the order days in advance for pickup at 12:30 pm, we still waited in the store for 30 minutes. Not very cool when when you have people waiting for you and all the food is ready. If you can't handle your reservations, take less. This also seemed to be of very little concern of the staff. There should always be some sort of accomadation if you can't keep up your end of a timed order.

Ryan’s burger is so good I had to immediately leave a review. Whole menu is amazing. This isn’t the first time or only thing I’ve had from Watson’s, and it certainly won’t be the last! A Jefferson staple.
