The one in Grand Prairie is very inconsistent. They can't keep it staffed. You're better off getting and making an appointment at JRB, where you're guaranteed to be seen on your appointment. You can also go very early Friday morning, and get a walk-in.
Can I renew my ID card at this location. I am a spouse of a veteran and have been driving to Fort Hood. Would like to not drive to Fort Hood.

No theres one in grand prairie I'd recommend that one the lady was very rude on both occasions that I've been there
