Moved here in 2018, (different management company) we all had stickers for parking. NOW parking horrible. The visitors park anywhere. No parking rules at all. It’s so bad that I hate to leave out to even get food after 8pm. I WILL NOT HAVE A PARKING SPOT WHEN I GET BACK. I don’t know if it’s a way to force residents to buy covered parking or what. I have asked about stickers for parking, I was told “ there was no way to figure out what cars the old residents have. (Huh) this problem alone would keep me from moving into any place. Just know that if you don’t buy a parking spot and you come home after 8pm, you will have to walk past 2 or 3 buildings before making it to your building.

Where do I start? I love this apartment community. I only communicate to Patricia, the assistant manager because she very professional and has made my concerns her priority! You don’t find that in apartment complexes these days. The maintenance staff is super fast. I’ve put in numerous requests and they are taken care of the same day if I put them in early morning. If not they will be there the next day. I’ve been her almost three years and I’ve just moved into a bigger unit and it’s amazing! I truly have no complaints because everything that I’ve bought to their attention it’s been handled. The service, the area, and the amenities keep me here! Thank you Coventry!

I had a broken lease from my past. I talked to Patrica about it and ask if I could get a chance. She did very well in helping me. I had followed her from another place where she was. I was always on time on my rent. I went to Coventry where she was and got another place. She helped me get in there as well. She knows her work very well. If you talk any business make sure you always talk to her. She is wonderful.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about three years now, i even moved and came back. I love the environment and the staff have been nice. I initially picked this complex because for their dog park. It is big and has a side for the big and small dogs. There is also a kids park and a swimming pool in the back with a courtyard.

Pets are welcome with a pet deposit. They also have someone who comes on the back end of the complex which seems to be the dog run to pick up after pets. All have full size washer and dryer hook ups and with plenty of room to spare for other things. They do not take section 8.
That depends on many variables. Upgrades, if you want them to include a washer and dryer or if you will supply your own. If you have pets. If you want a car port or a garage( there are 2 garage options). If you are on the first floor, the price goes up. When I first moved here I had a 3 bed room, no upgrades, car port/garage and no washer dryer, it was roughly $1350 a month. Than downsized to a large 2 bed 2 bath, with 1 car garage), it is roughly $1230 or so before trash, water etc is added on.
Yes. I've complained to the office and they say "we will talk to them but can always call the police" Seriously?? I'm so tired of straightening my pictures on the wall because of all the stomping and banging from upstairs. The office is zero help. They tell you when you tour this place "We do have a noise policy and don't tolerate it" but that's just to get you in here. Once your here they figure they have you locked in a lease and don't have to do anything for you. Need proof? Your free to come hang out and listen for yourself
