Great apartments !!!! It’s always quiet even when children our out playing , it’s always clean and. Whenever you put a Maintenance request it gets answers right away never no issue. The Management is great and. It’s a 1 women show she’s is the most sweetest person ever any problem she resolves it. She does her job how shes suppose too the pool is a great feature it’s always clean everything is always kept up the actually apartment is very good for 1 person ( I have a 1 bedroom ) it’s really all appliance work I would recommend anyone. To these apartments!!!!

Extremely disappointed moving into this new apartment cuz the amount of roaches is just insane let’s just call it a roach festival. On top of that I’ve been contacting management for a month to call pest control and they have not showed up once!!!!!!!!! And it’s been a MONTHHHH!!

They take multiple applications for the same apartment and do not refund application fee. I spoke to LIA ADAMS on the phone, who confirmed the availability of a unit, and submitted the application and required documents within ONE HOUR of the call, and after WEEKS of callback-tag, told me that the apartment was actually not available, and that I would not receive a refund.

Office staff is rude. Attempted to move here paid my application and admin fee was told if I pay 150 security deposit they would send me my address. Go in a day before move in and Cindy was rude and dismissive accused my husband and I of fraud paperwork and changed the unit we were supposed to move in a day before I was to move in. Asked for our security deposit and she said no we couldn’t get our security deposit. I’m so glad we didn’t move here. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would.
