I have resided at the Overlooks for a few years and continue to be overly satisfied with the staff and the upkeep of the property. I wanted to take the opportunity to show my appreciation regarding Maintenance Tech, -Levi. I submitted a pretty extensive work order; I observed Levi taking the initiative to clean his work shoes before entering the unit. I respected how diligent and professional he was as to explaining the cause and solution to the jobs he completed. Levi, informed me he was going to lunch and he would return afterwards. I don’t know about you guys but in my life experiences Maintenance workers rarely return or they return with poor work quality. Levi returned promptly from lunch to complete the tasks. As a renter, Levi truly shocked me not only returning back from lunch and keeping his word. Levi was observed cleaning his work areas once the task was complete. Good job Levi!! This is the type of quality maintenance the overlooks provide to its community!! Levi you’re great and the best Maintenance Tech that the overlooks could ever give its community!

From downsizing from a house to an apartment, these apartment homes were the perfect amount of space for my family at the time. Two balcony, laundry room inside the home bar nook and the bedrooms were an amazing size. The pool is so relaxing and the staff was very friendly, inviting, professional and the club house and pool area offer private rentals for special occasions. I ABSOLUTELY Loved living there.

I have lived here for over a year, right when the pandemic hit. I can not thank the staff and management team enough for all they have done to ensure all is well during this time. My kids love it here and I couldn't ask for anything else. I have two ESA animals and feel so safe walking them at night here! It is quiet, safe and we have made friends with some amazing neighbors♡ It feels so much like home! If we have an issue it has been addressed quickly with follow-ups. The staff from day one has been so professional and caring! Susie, Jay & Jordan have been absolute amazing and straightforward with anything that is going on. It's honestly ridiculous to see people write such poor reviews on them. Right before the world took a turn, they hosted a breakfast grab N go for all the residents that unfortunately had to be canceled due to the pandemic. Just seeing that in the beginning was so heartwarming to my family and I. Thank you all for such a family oriented place!

We lived at these apartments for 7 years! It probably would have been longer if the opportunity of a backyard for our fur baby didn’t show up. Susie and Jordin were the main two that I always worked with when we had questions. They are both amazing! They always have a welcoming smile and the willingness to make sure whatever task we had got completed. The property itself is very clean and the beautiful landscaping is very well kept. The pool was my favorite place to be when it was warm. It was always maintained nicely, and they had pleasant music playing while you laid out. I’ve read that people made comments about the mail boxes being broken into, and since then, they have put up a great security system on them. We’ve never had any issues with our side of the complex. We lived on the 7300 side, and it was nice and quiet. A big plus for me was it was literally walking distance to Starbucks. It made our hearts sad to leave such a great place. We have been truly blessed to have had the chance to live here for as long as we did!
