On 8/31/22 I put in a request for maintenance on the microwave because it started beeping out of nowhere and displayed -F3- On 9/7/22 I get a text and email to rate my experience. I log into my account and it’s marked as “completed.” Yet, no one came to look at the microwave. So to avoid an electrical fire happen by having it plugged in, it has been unplugged since 8/31. Not sure what’s going on here.

Dont Move into these apartments, they are liars & Scam's....whatever you do dont ever leave a holding deposit, they make their own rules & Corporate is just as Bad....I guess they make minimum wage because they really needed to keep my holding deposit which they said I would get back. PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE ! ...Know people in there who are Dying to move OUT !!...THEY CLAIM TO HAVE CAMERAS BUT DONT KNOW WHO KEEPS BREAKING INTO THE MAILBOXES OR CARS !!
