Just go to the location bring all the paper work they can process the refinance real quick I did mine. Live it.

For some reason when I try to use the ATM machine and make a Deposit, it will return my money and say my card is invalid.

Silly question. I just did this and got exactly the same thing. Are you using the right card. I wasn't. Can you access the account? I would go into schools first and get a new card. Your magnet strip could be bad.
