Been living here for quite some time. I have had a few maintenance issues over the years maintenance has always been courteous and has repair the issues in a timely manner. Neighbors can be a little rambunctious from time to time but what complex doesn't have that. I love the fact that I am close to the supermarket within walking distance and a lot of other restaurants and Mall are nearby within a 5-minute Drive. And the bus systems two good ones are right in front of the complex.. so I do recommend these apartments the price has always been within our budget. Compared to all the others in the area which are outrageous. Monarch Terrace Apartments understand that the cost-of-living had not been balanced out for quite some time . So for that they are A League all their Own.

My wife and I have only been living here at Monarch Terrace for a few months, but it absolutely blows all of our previous apartment experiences out of the water. The units are spacious and we love the hardwood floors. The grounds are very well-kept and clean. Best of all, no loud neighbors. The management, specifically Susan Mikkelson, was very helpful throughout the leasing process, and is quite agreeable. Overall, Monarch Terrace has been a very pleasant experience for us.

Great size one bedroom units, building well kept, completed the entire rental process with one of the managers, Susan Mikkelson, she’s great! Would recommend!!
