They never answer there phone. I can never get through to anyone just rings and rings and rings and rings then voice mail. By just that experience the manager and employees here should be fired.

I would have to agree how management does things at these apartments. They are very rude && do not keep their word. I applied here a while back with my mom. Made no sense on how she got approved but I didn’t.&& we was on the same application I made the rent requirements && my job verified the questions. They took 3 weeks to get back to me with saying on it’s the whole I didn’t make the rent requirements. But I doubled check with applying to a more expensive apartment && I got approved. They were very rude with every phone call I got from && to them. I really hope these apartments get new management or they fix there customer service. The inside of the apartments are very nice. Just hope something changes. Btw when I say “ keep their word “ meaning I had to do most of the calling when they stated they will call me back within a hour but never did. Something tells me they didn’t even put our application in. 3weeks to be denied.
