Would have rated this place 5 stars when Passion was manager, but ever since Miriam took over this place has rapidly gone downhill. The new manager is never in her office; I once went over a month not being able to load the laundry card. She has been unavailable for months as I've tried to contact her to get a new roommate on the lease. The social environment is no longer scrutinized as closely as it once was, and maintenance requests take a lot longer to get acknowledged as well - nobody wants to pay $2000/mo to live in a slum. Please fix this.

I was in the area stopped by these apartments. I seen how well the grounds are kept I went in. The manager a young lady by the name of Passion helped me she was so welcoming and thorough although they were full I look forward to something opening up in the future. Highly recommend!!

It’s been a month since we moved in and we are truly in love with this place. The Sedona apartments are very clean and are kept clean in all the surroundings. It’s very peaceful and the people are very kind and friendly. Manger Passion is very professional and helpful person. Thank u for all ur help. For anyone that is looking into moving to this apartments we truly recommend this place if ur like my family n loves a peaceful n quite place this is the place. Rudy & Yuri.

Definitely one of the best Apartment Home communities in the Inland Empire! Sedona Apartment Homes is a secure, gated community with great landscaping & amenities and friendly residents. The apartment homes all have new paint. carpet, appliances, private balconies & patios included and there is a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and community area for barbeques and events etc. Sedona is also located only a couple minutes walk from many stores and major markets, most major Moreno Valley bus/transportation lines and right off the 60 FWY off Perris Blvd. Sedona Apartment Homes are also quite affordable and residents really feel like home and enjoy living in this outstanding community. You will want to meet manager Maite Branscome. Maite is personable, quite knowledgeable and tries her utmost to assist residents with any needs that they have. She is really fun to talk to, a good listener and really makes residents feel appreciated and part of a unique Sedona community. Maite is warm and friendly to all residents and potential residents, has great recommendations for residents and effectively sells the premier Sedona Apartment Homes community concept to potential residents. Maite is certainly one of the best managers I have met.
